Professional Development Institute

NACCRRA’s Professional Development Institute is designed specifically for child care resource and referral staff. Each year, more than 200 professionals gather each to expand skills, grow professionally, and meet and network with other child care resource and referral staff from around the country. The institute features high-level training on business and community engagement, core competencies, data and technology, parent services, provider services, and subsidy management.
